Most people order securely on line using Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, Amex or Paypal.
Or you are welcome to phone or fax us on 02 9905 4481. If we are unavailable please leave a message and we will call you back on the same day.
If you would like to pay by direct debit please email us on sales@wigu.com.au to let us know and use your name as a reference when you make the payment. We will receive the cleared funds within 24-48 hours of your payment, and will send your order as soon as the funds have cleared.

IS IT SAFE TO ORDER ON LINE?
Yes. We use 128 bit SSL encrypted software, the highest level of security available on the internet. Of course you are welcome to call, fax or email us instead if you prefer.

All our T-shirts come in a lovely stitched paper gift bag fixed with a sticker.
WHAT DOES DELIVERY COST?
We send your T-shirts FREE OF CHARGE within Australia using Australia Post. If you would like to ensure a next day delivery you can select the Express Post option when you check out for an additional $5.00.

CAN YOU SEND A GIFT FOR ME?
We can send a gift directly for you. When you check out you can let us know the message, and we will include a gorgeous gift tag free of charge. If you would like the T-shirt gift wrapped, it is just $5.00 extra. (All T-shirts come in a stitched paper gift bag regardless).
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY T-SHIRT?
Absolutely. Please return the unworn and unwashed garments within 2 weeks of packing date. Be sure to include the packaging slip you received with your parcel, and please indicate the reason for your return. If you are returning it for a refund we will credit you in the same way you paid. If you are exchanging we will send out another T-shirt to you free of charge (once only – subsequent exchanges will incur a $5.00 postage fee).
Sorry we cannot return or exchange T-shirts that were purchased on sale.
WHAT SIZES DO YOU SELL?
We have all sizes from 3 months up to 4 years old. We do not sell anything larger than a 3-4 years at this stage.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO CHOOSE?
Our T-shirts are designed to be reasonably fitted. For example a 1-2 years size will generally be loose fitting on a one year old, and fitted on a 2 year old. The 3-6 month size is a perfect gift for a newborn as they will very quickly grow into it. If you are unsure please don’t hesitate to call or email us.

THE T-SHIRT I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?
Occasionally we will run out of stock in a particular size. We will always be getting more T-shirts in, unless stated otherwise on the website. If you need a particular size that is out of stock please email or call us and we will let you know when it will be ready. If we run out of stock after we receive your order we will contact you immediately to find out if you would prefer a substitute or a refund.
